Cancellation Policy

Booking, Cancellation & Travel Policies
LASH & BROW SERVICES
A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. All deposits are nonrefundable.
A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment or for failure to show up.
HAIR & MAKEUP SERVICES
A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
A deposit is required to secure your booking. All deposits are nonrefundable.
ON-LOCATION SERVICES & TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
To accommodate travel for hair and makeup services, the following minimums apply:
* Fridays: Minimum of 6 services
* Saturdays: Minimum of 6 people
* Sundays: Minimum of 6 people
TRAVEL FEES
Travel fees are calculated based on total mileage and will vary depending on the location of your appointment or event.
